Our Client, Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is the “largest autism-specific service provider in Australia and has one of the biggest autism-specific school programmes in the world.”
Following a very thorough ECI & Early Works process, Greenpoint has been awarded the full Design and Construction project. In recognition of the success at the Aspect-Vern Barnett School project, this is the second project for Aspect. We are very excited to be working once again, with renowned Client PMs - Construction Assignments.
This exciting project involves the internal refurbishment and upgrade works across the whole school.
Significant planning and design consideration (commenced early during the Early Works phase) will see the works being staged to allow continued and uninterrupted occupation and function, of the school, by Aspect and its stakeholders.
The Greenpoint team is both humbled and very excited to be undertaking another notable project, for this magnificent client. It is extremely satisfying to know that, when complete, this project will make such a positive difference to the learning environment of these children.
