Description
Our strong relationship with Goodman Property Services was again in evidence with the successful completion of the Reservoir Distribution Centre at 3 Davis Road Wetherill Park.
Works in the office area included the reinstatement of the floor to an open plan arrangement with services upgrades and new wall and floor finishes.
More extensive works were undertaken in the warehouse with the demolition of all metal cladding walls and the existing amenitie block, new stairs and makegood to the existing walkway. A full make good to the warehouse floor was also undertaken as part of the works. Allservices were also updated and upgraded to BCA standards
Exterior works included the demolition and replacement of the existing guardhouse with a new entrance gate, the reinstatement of the existing concrete driveway and the reconfiguration of the exterior hydrant for fire brigade compliance.
