Description
A 43,000m2 Industrial Facility, which was originally designed for a sole tenant, was separated into 2 individual tenancies. The scope included the demolition of several outbuildings, the installation of new extra high hazard sprinkler system with all new infrastructure, replace existing hydrant system, new main switch room and board, refurbish the existing office space, new smoke control system, full services and BCA upgrade, a new passenger lift, refurbish all bathrooms and toilets, upgrade to all accessible ramps, new car park and line marking and the installation of two new 670,000 litre water tanks.
