Description
'Greenstar/NABERS' upgrade to existing 5 Storey Building. Including the replacement of all existing light fittings with more energy efficient lighting, installation of a new CBUS control system to control lighting, the upgrade of Main Switch Board with new Digital Power Analysers (DPAs). Upgrade of existing Mechanical Services and Security System. The installation of a new fully integrated Honeywell BMS System to control and report on energy consumption, mechanical services, lighting and security system. Works undertaken with full building occupation (tenant is Unilever Australasia).
