Description
This Industrial Refurbishment Project for the Toll Office & Warehouse was completed in a challenging time frame and ahead of the scheduled Date for Practical Completion.
The works included concrete slab rectification works to the Cold Storage Warehouse Facility, external pavement repairs, drainage works and regrading to the landscaped areas.
After the successful delivery of more than 30 Industrial and Commercial Refurbishment Projects, Greenpoint greatly appreciated the opportunity to deliver its first project for DEXUS.
