Description
In recognition and continuation of our long-standing relationship with Aged Care Provider – Calvary Retirement Communities Ltd, Greenpoint has successfully completed another project at the Dalton Gardens Retirement Village, Ryde NSW.
The project involved the complete upgrade and refurbishment of multiple Independent Living Units (ILUs) concurrently. This project delivered to Greenpoint’s exacting standard; included reconstruction where necessary, a full refurbishment and makeover - including all wet areas, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms, as well as external areas. Some re-configuration was necessary also.
Showcasing a different finishes and layout specification, ILU123 was completed as the display ILU for Calvary’s new development also under construction on this site.
Careful planning and upfront organisation and Greenpoint’s “can do” attitude allowed this project delivered in the challenging time frame requested by the Client.
