New CO-Living Boarding House at Marrickville NSW receives Practical Completion!

Greenpoint received Practical Completion for the New UKO CO-Living Boarding House (at Marrickville NSW) recently. Residents are now in occupation, and we are proud to share these images of the finished product.

Consisting of 22 new custom designed micro apartments, each with ensuites and shared community spaces. The new building has an impressive street frontage.

Following a very successful ECI process, we have delivered a (Design and Construct) product that we are extremely proud of. The Greenpoint team was both humbled and very excited to part of this outstanding team once again. Most importantly, we have gained another extremely satisfied client.
