New CO-Living Boarding House
“We were first time developers of a new build boarding house. As such, we relied on the honesty and experience of Greenpoint to achieve the stunning outcome that we did. Throughout the process Rob and his team gave gentle advice to relieve the stressors that are inherent in construction while keeping our needs front of mind.
During our build we encountered unforeseen obstacles such as adamant neighbours and rigid bureaucrats. Greenpoint handled these issues diplomatically, achieving favourable outcomes. When the budget was impacted by these matters, Rob came to the party to soften the blow, tipping in their own funds at times. Nevertheless, the top priority was quality and durability, and our project was delivered accordingly.
