Contract Signing - New co-living Boarding House in Newtown NSW

Following on from a successful Early Contactor Involvement (ECI), Greenpoint has been awarded the full Design and Construction Contract for the new UKO Co-living Boarding House in the Inner West Sydney suburb of Newtown.

Works will commence very soon on the construction of this new 4 Storey building, which will comprise 33 new custom design micro apartments, each with ensuites and shared community spaces.

Whilst a growing asset class in Europe and USA, UKO are the first to market in Australia. Greenpoint is very excited to be delivering this ground-breaking project and are looking forward to working with project manager Construction Assignments and renowned Architect, Mostaghim & Associates on this exciting new project concept.

Works are due for completion in early 2020.
