Contract secured for Landmark Boarding House in Redfern

Greenpoint is thrilled to announce that we’ve been awarded the Design & Construction Contract for a new landmark Boarding House project in Redfern, NSW.

Following a comprehensive Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) and Early Works process, construction is about to commence on this 6-storey building, delivering 62 architecturally designed micro-apartments with private ensuites and vibrant shared community spaces.

As the construction company leading this ground-breaking project, we’re proud to once again collaborate with our long-time partners Construction Assignments and Mostaghim & Associates.

Completion is scheduled for early 2027, and we look forward to bringing this innovative project to life in the heart of Inner Sydney.
