Greenpoint transformed the Allen Jack + Cottier Building with a complete redevelopment of its entry lobby, fire stair, and ground floor tenancy. The project included a full façade upgrade, featuring striking 3m-high shopfront glazing and a new awning over the footpath. To enhance accessibility, we introduced a new entry ramp for seamless disabled access. Throughout construction, Greenpoint expertly managed daily temporary access for the building’s 350 occupants and visitors, ensuring minimal disruption while delivering a sophisticated, modern entrance that elevates both functionality and design.
