Atrium Reimagined: 18-Day Workplace Revolution

Greenpoint delivered a strategic, time-critical renovation of AECOM's Sydney office atrium across Levels 21-23 at 420 George Street, working exclusively during night hours and weekends to minimize disruption. The complex project involved reducing the 10.8-meter atrium height to 7.2 meters, meticulously relocating workstations, and carefully removing a 10-meter "thumb print" artwork, all within an aggressive 18-day timeline with just a 3-day lead-in period.
Collaborating closely with JLL, Davis Langdon, and AECOM Facilities Management, Greenpoint successfully delivered both project stages ahead of schedule. The renovation encompassed intricate building services modifications, new atrium feature ceilings, decorative finishes, and strategic artwork and furniture relocation, demonstrating our ability to execute high-precision workplace transformations in live, operational environments.
