Greenpoint has successfully completed a comprehensive transformation of Uniting Wirreanda, a vibrant retirement community nestled in West Pennant Hills. Strategically located near Castle Towers Shopping Centre and Castlewood Community Reserve, this expansive project reimagined a community of over 100 dwellings, including self-contained villas and multi-level apartments, while maintaining continuous operations throughout the renovation.
Our meticulous renovation encompassed a holistic approach to enhancing resident comfort and accessibility. We introduced two external lift services complete with elevated walkway link bridges, completely refurbished the community center with new external access ramps and interior upgrades, and implemented significant improvements including new pathways, enhanced handrails, redesigned car parks, and sophisticated landscaping. The project also featured a striking new front entrance with widened vehicular entry, elegant stone cladding, and updated signage that reflects the community's modern spirit.
