Remarkable enhancements included the installation of external lift services with sophisticated walkway link bridges, complete courtyard rejuvenation featuring new paving and balustrades, and a remarkable community centre extension with a modern Vergola and BBQ area. The project's crowning achievements encompassed strategic landscaping, refined exterior lighting, and a dramatically reconfigured front entry featuring elegant stone cladding, a welcoming covered area, redesigned letterboxes, accessible stairs and ramps, and contemporary signage.
