Greenpoint has once again demonstrated its exceptional capabilities in aged care facility renovation, completing a comprehensive transformation of Allity's Coastal Waters Aged Care facility in Worrowing Heights, NSW. Located approximately 3-4 hours south of Sydney, this project marks our seventh successful collaboration with Allity, pushing the boundaries of design and functionality in senior living environments.
The ambitious renovation focused on creating a vibrant new 'Town Centre' that reimagines the facility's core social and administrative spaces. Our team masterfully integrated a modern reception area, a stylish hairdressing salon, and a welcoming café with both indoor and outdoor seating, seamlessly blending functionality with comfort. Beyond the central hub, the project encompassed a comprehensive upgrade of accommodation rooms, common areas, and corridors, including an innovative entertainment package for low and high care residents. All of this was achieved through carefully orchestrated multiple-stage works, ensuring the facility remained fully operational throughout the transformation.
Greenpoint's exceptional project delivery shines through in our ability to navigate complex "live environments" with precision and care. Our close, collaborative relationship with Allity Management allowed us to not only meet but exceed expectations, completing the project ahead of schedule. This renovation goes beyond mere construction—it's a testament to our commitment to creating dignified, engaging, and comfortable spaces that enhance the quality of life for seniors, showcasing why Greenpoint continues to be a leader in aged care facility development.
