In a significant milestone for Greenpoint, the company has successfully delivered its inaugural project for Japara Healthcare Ltd at their Brighton-Le-Sands facility. The comprehensive development encompassed the demolition of the existing Jenny-Lyn building and construction of a new three-level structure that seamlessly integrates with the Stage 1 building, featuring 25 aged care suites with ensuites, communal areas, staff facilities, and extensive mechanical infrastructure including a 30KL rooftop sprinkler system.
Through meticulous planning and strong partnerships with both Japara Healthcare and Boffa Robertson Group architects, Greenpoint completed the complex project two months ahead of schedule, demonstrating exceptional project management and coordination.
