Greenpoint successfully delivered an impressive internal fit-out, refurbishment, and upgrade at International Grammar School, revitalizing key learning environments. Our scope included the construction of new spaces, refurbishment of existing rooms, custom joinery, upgraded floor and wall finishes, and modernized building services. A standout feature was the major refurbishment of 400 windows in the historic Kelly Street building, preserving its character while enhancing functionality. Executed seamlessly during the Christmas school holiday period, our strategic scheduling ensured minimal disruption, allowing the school to welcome students and staff back to an upgraded, inspiring learning environment.
