The Greenpoint project dramatically reimagined a 43,000m² industrial facility, evolving from a single-tenant design to a versatile two-tenancy complex through an intricate metamorphosis of infrastructure and systems. Extensive renovations encompassed strategic demolition of auxiliary structures, comprehensive systems upgrades including a cutting-edge extra high hazard sprinkler installation, complete hydrant system replacement, and electrical infrastructure renewal with a sophisticated main switch room and board. The holistic transformation extended to refurbishing office spaces, implementing an advanced smoke control system, upgrading accessibility features with new ramps and a passenger lift, modernizing bathroom facilities, and enhancing the external environment with a redesigned car park and precise line marking. As a testament to forward-thinking engineering, the project culminated in the installation of two substantial 670,000-litre water tanks, ensuring robust operational capabilities and future-proofing the industrial complex.
