Description
Demolition and complete refurbishment of commercial levels 1 and 2 including new services, carpet, partitioning and ceilings, joinery, workstations and finishes. Project included the complete replacement of all Data and Communications cabling to current standard (Cat 6) and changes to the existing Comms/Server Room. Late in the project it was discovered that the complete replacement of buildings Main Electrical Distribution Boards would be necessary, arranged and completed (over a weekend) to avoid disruption to Tanners and still completed in time for Handover. Tanner Architects remained in occupation whilst the works were completed.
