Description
Greenpoint has recently completed its second project for Calvary Retirement Communities Ryde Ltd (Calvary). The project comprised the complete refurbishment of several Independent Living Units at the Dalton Gardens Retirement Village, Ryde NSW.
Careful planning and upfront organisation allowed this project to be delivered in the very challenging time frame requested by the Client, 9 weeks from site commencement!
This project saw the full refurbishment of 5no Retirement ILU’s, including all wet areas, kitchens, living areas and bedrooms. With the successful delivery of each ILU, Greenpoint again demonstrates its ability to be flexible and proactive in providing effective solutions to the building process for our clients
