Greenpoint has recently completed its second project for Calvary Retirement Communities Ryde Ltd (Calvary). The project comprised the complete refurbishment of several Independent Living Units at the Dalton Gardens Retirement Village, Ryde NSW.

Aged Care and Retirement Provider – Uniting, are undertaking a rollout of Independent Living Upgrade Access & Accessiblity Program Works. The general objectives of the Program are to improve the access to units and community facilities, improve and upgrade community facilities and improve the general aesthetics of the Villages. Uniting Pindari Ryde, is the first project in the rollout of this Program, and Greenpoint is extremely proud to have been awarded this project.
