Greenpoint masterfully transformed the Vinnies site through an innovative redevelopment that seamlessly blends historical preservation with modern design. Our team meticulously restored the original heritage façade while constructing a sophisticated three-story complex featuring a basement and mezzanine level. The project encompassed a comprehensive redesign that created space for a new Vinnies Shop, Furniture Store, professional offices, and efficient warehouse and sorting facilities, all while maintaining the site's architectural integrity.
The development showcases our commitment to sustainable construction practices, with salvaged bricks from the original structure carefully cleaned and repurposed throughout the new building. We completely refurbished an adjacent cottage, architecturally linking it to the main structure and providing full lift access across all levels.
