   Replacement of roof to existing 12000m2 Warehouse 3

Contract:

   Design and Construct - Lump Sum

Role:

   Remove and replace existing roof, insulation, safety wire and roof drainage. The project was completed in stages and (in part) outside of normal working hours, to maintain the weatherproof integrity and thereby allow the warehouse below to remain in uninterrupted occupation. With ridge to gutter spans of almost 50m roof sheeting was rolled on site and then craned onto roof. The project also included a modification to the existing Fire Sprinkler service.
