   Lobby and tenancy refurbishment to existing commercial building

Contract:

   Lump Sum

Role:

   Demolition and complete upgrade of existing entry lobby and fire stair, creating entry ramp for disabled access and the complete refurbishment of existing ground floor tenancy. Including; new finishes throughout as well as a complete overhaul of the façade at ground Level, including several new 3m high shop front glazing and awning over footpath. Temporary access into the building was created and managed daily for the building’s 350 occupants and their visitors.
