Greenpoint is led by:

Alfredo Polselli - Construction Director

Prior to co-founding Greenpoint, Alfredo spent almost two decades progressing through the ranks from Apprentice, Carpenter, Leading Hand, Sub-foreman, Foreman, Site Manager and Construction Manager, on a variety of complex and high profile projects. This experience has allowed Alfredo to develop his management skills, whilst still maintaining an exacting eye for detail. Alfredo is committed to ensuring that every Greenpoint site is a safe Worksite via the preparation and implementation of Greenpoint’s Occupational Health and Safety Plan on each project.

Robert Sposari – Commercial Director

Prior to co-founding Greenpoint, Robert spent the ensuing years since completion of his Bachelor of Construction degree, progressing from Cadet to various roles within our industry including; Estimating, Contracts Management, Project Management, Associate Director and finally an invitation to join the Board of Directors. All of these roles were held with one of the most reputable mid tier construction organisations in Sydney. More recently, Robert has also completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Property Development and has consulted on multi-million dollar infrastructure and landmark projects; such as the Hornsby Rail Platform 5 and Stabling project and the Ian Thorpe Aquatic Centre at Ultimo, Sydney.
