About us

Greenpoint is the culmination of an idea inspired almost 20 years ago.

Greenpoint is led by its principals and directors, Alfredo Polselli and Robert Sposari. Their diverse, yet complimentary skills provide the ingredients to a successful formula, that has been evident on each Greenpoint project completed to date (see Management).

With almost four decades of construction and commercial fit out experience between Greenpoint’s directors, we are eager to showcase this skill set to the industry. Ranging from project start up – with Development and Construction Feasibilities and advice; including Design Development - right through to project construction and delivery. Tailoring its talents to assist both Clients and Consultants; the Greenpoint aim is to be recognised as the ‘user-friendly’ builder.
